Itinio Content Management (ICM) tools are unique in that they are configured specifially to manage a specific site or page design versus the other way around. ICM is used in other Itinio applications to describe everything from products to policies — with unlimited text, images and video.

WYSIWYG HTML Editor

Easy-to-use editing tools allow users to see the HTML formatting as it is created, assisting non-technical users in the creation of professionally formatted content. Switch to Source View to see and edit corrected HTML if desired.

Multiple-Website Control

ICM is in use today driving the content for large commercial websites spanning many thousands of pages. Built-in controls such as content categorization, scheduling and staging provide enterprise-class control in one simple and easily modified application.

Multi-Level User Access

Multiple content contributors can be assigned specific access, from a single content section, a page or two, or the entire site structure. Master controls allow for the addition of new users and profiles.

Website Preview & Staging

Review new content and changes before they are pushed to the live website. All ICM sites are set up with staging/preview features.

Image and PDF Libraries

ICM provides unlimited image upload and storage, with specific sizing and optimization controls built-in. Images are automatically optimized and sized for each specific use.

Unlimited Content Settings

Schedule dynamic content to display at selected times or between specified dates. Categorize content to display on one or more pages. Add new templates for additional articles or entire pages. ICM is designed to manage web page content by date, time, type and style.
